All Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Oklahoma City,

 

Many parts authorized for sale by  Franklin Electric under the brand names of Franklin Electric,  Little Giant  and  Red Lion will be carried in our Warehouse to provide availability unmatched by other Distributors or Retailers. In addition the more popular Franklin Electric branded parts are kept in our Inventory however many are special order and may require additional time to source and ship. If necessary a call can be placed to our Order Desk and we can provide the lead time on those parts not stocked.

  

Our normal shipping method is FedEx Ground; however FedEx Two Day Shipping or Next Day Air is also available.  Small parts will normally be shipped by the United States Postal System. The US Postal System has removed their delivery guarantee on Priority Mail and also stated delivery times may be extended due to their internal requirements.

Ground orders  will be shipped the next working day. Second day and Overnight orders before noon CST time will ship same day. In the unusual event of an inventory stock-out situation orders will be shipped just as quickly as we can obtain products from the Manufacturer.
