Ed's Supply Depot retains the right to accept or reject returned shipments. Parts that are new and unused can be returned up to 30 days after purchase, however a 10% restocking charge will apply.

 

Medium Pumps and Controls that are unused and in new condition must be returned freight prepaid and will be inspected for condition upon return. Credit will be issued less a 20% restocking charge less any rework required to cover shipping damage etc. Shipping and handling charges can not be refunded.

 

Large pumps, special orders , build on demand, electronic parts,  Switches, Sensors, Contactors, Relays, Capacitors, Overload Protectors, etc. are not eligible for return.

 

 

No warranty is provided on Parts; however the Manufacturers Warranty is available according to the Manufacturers Warranty Statement provided with each pump.
