Ed's Supply Depot retains the right to accept or reject returned shipments. Products that are new and unused can be returned up to 10 days after purchase, however a 10% restocking charge will apply.

 

Pumps and Pumping Systems that are unused and in new condition must be returned freight prepaid and will be inspected for condition upon return. Credit will be issued less a 10% restocking charge less any rework required to cover shipping damage etc. Shipping and handling charges can not be refunded.

 

Electronic parts such as Switches, Sensors, Contactors, Relays, Capacitors, Overload Protectors, etc. are not eligible for return.

 

 

No warranty is provided on Parts; however the Manufacturers Warranty is available according to the Manufacturers Warranty Statement provided with each pump.
